FAQ

Meal plan questions

How is this different from a regular meal planner?

Most meal planners give you an empty calendar. We fill it with a fresh, curated menu every week, and you plan your week from it.

Do I have to cook every meal in the plan?

No. Add only the meals you want to your week.

Can I add my own recipes to the plan?

Yes. Tap + to type in your own recipe. You can add it to your week just like a drop recipe.

Do the plans count calories?

No. We focus on what's in your food, not on numbers.
